How AI Is Powering Canada’s Quiet Fintech Revolution
Can a fintech startup still succeed without AI? In this episode of AI Experience, you’ll hear from Layial El-Hadi, Executive Director of Fintech Cadence, who spends her days helping startups navigate the fast-changing world where finance meets technology. Layial explains how artificial intelligence is reshaping the Canadian fintech landscape — from investor expectations to the pressure founders face to call themselves “AI-driven.” You’ll learn what separates hype from genuine innovation, why data has become every company’s most valuable asset, and what opportunities Canada still hasn’t fully tapped into. If you want to understand where the next wave of fintech is coming from, and how AI is quietly changing the rules, this conversation is for you.
